Enjoying a Nice Weekend

We had a great spring weekend! We celebrated the beautiful weather with Ryan's smore-maker! It is always such a treat to have smores! YUM!

Thanks for visiting Grandma and Grandpa!

Grandma and Grandpa Orwat came out to visit in May! We had a great time! We enjoyed dinner at the Pine Club, which was a great dinner! Grandma and Grandpa treated Ryan's 1st grade class to McDonalds! That was such a highlight for his class! We enjoyed going to Youngs! Ryan had an awesome time at Rolandia's Magic Castle and Boonshoft with his grandparents! Thanks again for coming to visit!

A Beautiful April Day

I am a little behind in putting these pictures on the blog, but our street was absolutely beautiful in April! It was so cool to drive up and down our street with our "snow" white covered trees!

Fishing at Bass Lake

Ryan and Jeremy went fishing this afternoon and gave me some quiet time at home! Ryan won the fishing contest - 2 bass to Jeremy's 0 and 1 Blue Gill to Jeremy's 0! Ryan shut out Jeremy! Maybe Ryan will let Jeremy win on Father's Day!

The Best Mother's Day Ever!

My boys took me to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch! We all had a delicious meal...Ryan found another place that has good pizza (not to cheesy)!

What a way to finish the meal! This is the kid's version of their Hot Fudge Sundae! It only cost $2! I can't imagine what the adult version looks like that cost over $6!

EXHAUSTED!

Ryan was just done on Thursday! He came home...did his homework...and fell asleep! This is his new favorite way to sleep!

Bike Riding in the Spring

Ryan and Jeremy went biking riding through the field by our neighborhood! They went looking for deer tracks and found a whole bunch! They had a fun time riding down the hill!

Columbus Blue Jackets Game

We had the best seats ever at the Columbus Blue Jackets Game! It was Diane's first game! We had a great time, unfortunately the Jackets lost to the Capitals!

COSI

After the Ohio State Football Practice, we went to COSI in downtown Columbus! It was an AWESOME children's museum! We all had fun going around and trying the different exhibits! Ryan's favorite part of COSI was going in a Submarine!

We spent a night in Columbus over Spring Break! We had a fun time! We started our trip going to see Ohio State Football Practice! It was so cool to see how they run practice and to see the future National Champs practice!

April Fools Day

We tried to play an April Fools Joke on Ryan...but it didn't work...he's too smart! I put jello in a drinking cup with a staw and some fruit. I told him I made a special drink for him. He saw how the "liquid" in the cup didn't move! I'll try again next year!
